Some of our roles require a background in vocational training with appropriate qualifications, but many don’t. From Sales to Finance, Marketing to IT, and from HR to Administration, there are many ways to contribute to our students’ success.


We have an internal human resources team who manage the majority of our recruitment activity. This team screens all new employees to ensure that our hiring process is thorough, consistent and fair. This benefits our candidates by ensuring that they will be working with qualified, experienced colleagues, who value working in a professional and ethical environment.

Along with a thorough interview process, we also conduct background screening; the information that is provided to us will be verified by a specialist pre-employment screening agency. This process complies with Australia’s rigorous privacy laws to ensure that our candidate’s privacy is respected and all information is treated confidentially.
